LinkedIn for a Junior Recruiter

Trainer:Helen Pärli
Duration:8 academic hours
Target group:Junior Recruiters

What should an effective recruitment process look like? How to find the best talents?

This training helps Junior Recruiters to gain insight into the recruitment process that brings results.

Labour shortage is an ever-growing problem as the number of talents on the Estonian market will decline very strongly within the next five years. This means that finding suitable talents will become more and more difficult over the coming years. Since the Recruiter specialty is not taught separately in universities today, it is often a job that is being learned during work. Sounds tiring. But what if someone would give you specific tips and tools to use together with a proven plan to successfully recruit?

Our Junior Recruiters training will offer just that!

The purpose of this training is to provide the participants with knowledge and practical skills for effective recruitment. The training helps to increase self-awareness and confidence of the novice recruiters.

All Junior Recruiters who want to make their work more efficient through an informed recruitment process are welcome to join.

With her sunny nature, Helen is very good at passing on her in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, showing how easy it is to recruit on this platform. As a trainer, she is supportive and expressive, is able to answer questions, and gives good advice. I recommend her “LinkedIn Recruiter Lite” training, which gives a good overview of LinkedIn itself, the importance of personal and company profiles, and recruitment tips to use on the platform in order to find suitable candidates for your company.

Helen is a professional trainer, and our cooperation was very smooth. In addition, she was prepared to switch a training that was originally planned as a classroom training into a webinar. She knows her field inside out. More importantly, Helen can easily share it with others in a memorable way. Thanks for the great content.
