Example of the 6-month development program

Step 1: Half-day training session
“Reading People – More Personalized Sales Through Understanding Clients.” As part of the training preparation, each participant will receive a personalized DiSC® report.

Step 2: regular peer group sessions over six months
During the six months, peer group sessions will be held for all program participants to support knowledge sharing, learning from each other’s experiences, and addressing group-relevant issues related to improving sales skills. These sessions will include practical exercises, role-playing, and solving real-life scenarios.

Step 3: Personal coaching sessions over six months
Each participant will receive six months of coaching support, including six personalized coaching sessions, to develop their sales skills and achieve their individual sales goals.
