As we aim to grow, we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will plan and manage Smartful’s sales process.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving through various channels, including finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and making impactful cold calls. Crafting persuasive sales offers and diligently following up on leads will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets. With a focus on accountability, you’ll establish clear sales objectives and work methodically to achieve them, all while maintaining organized records and workflows through Pipedrive.

✨You’ll fit in perfectly if you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • have previous sales experience (preferably in B2B);
  • have excellent self-expression and negotiation skills;
  • are systematic, independent, and have a “go getter” mindset;
  • are fluent in Estonian and English.
