About your role as our Senior Lawyer

The role involves providing comprehensive legal support to headquarters by overseeing, reviewing, drafting, and revising international commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

You will operate from Estonia, with reporting lines directly to the General Counsel based in Ireland. Thus this position offers you the flexibility of either working fully remote or joining the Estonian team in our office in Järve, Tallinn.

Your responsibilities would be to:

  • draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of cross-border contracts and agreements, focusing on manufacturing, supply, distribution, and technical arrangements in the realms of prescription drugs, cosmetics, and food supplements;
  • generate commercial contracts as needed and regularly assess and enhance standard contract templates;
  • assist business units in direct negotiations with third parties regarding contracts;
  • provide advice on new projects and new products;
  • offer legal guidance on new ventures and product launches;
  • scrutinize product terms and conditions;
  • provide supportive counsel to stakeholders such as business development, operations, healthcare compliance and affiliates (as authorised from time to time).

  • have 3+ years experience in a similar position;
  • have commercial contract experience;
  • are fluent in English as this will be your main language for work;
  • are open-minded and willing to keep up with digital transformation;
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • are ambitious and able to work on your own initiative.

International travel will be required once or twice per quarter.
