We wanted to improve our knowledge of in-house training and we absolutely enjoyed the Smartful training. We found the practical exercises and discussions very useful. If there is a need for similar training in the future, I would plan an even more extended training session so that all participants have the opportunity to present and receive feedback on themselves as trainers.
