Each participant receives three months of coaching support, including six personalized coaching sessions, to support their self-development. Coaching will focus on personal development plans and mental health goals, helping employees cope and succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
Step 4: half-day training session
“Mental health basics: how to notice and support others around you”
Step 5: half-day training session
“Mental health basics: my mental health ‘toolkit’ for coping with surprises and stress”
Step 6: peer-learning sessions over 6 months
Sessions will be held throughout the six months to support experience sharing, learning from each other, and addressing current mental health-related issues. This is also a space for sharing successes and insights.

We wanted to improve our knowledge of in-house training and we absolutely enjoyed the Smartful training. We found the practical exercises and discussions very useful. The participants pointed out that Helen managed to keep every moment engaging. If there is a need for similar training in the future, I would plan an even more extended training session so that all participants have the opportunity to present and receive feedback on themselves as trainers.
The training “The role of the leader in team development” was practical and well structured. We got new interesting tools to use in giving feedback.
We booked the DiSC training with Helen. I loved her energetic, sincere, and bright training style! The training was well structured. It was great to learn the theory in the first half of the day and to learn the profiles in the second half, as it would have been harder to concentrate otherwise.
