The success of a new employee’s onboarding process greatly impacts the effectiveness of future collaboration. Therefore, it’s crucial to design an efficient onboarding process and systematically plan the activities supporting the new employee’s integration. A successful onboarding process helps new employees adapt to their role and organization quickly, making them productive sooner. Additionally, systematic onboarding supports cultural assimilation and reduces employee turnover.
By the end of the training, participants will understand the nature and importance of the onboarding process and will be able to create a structured process tailored to their organization. This will enable the organization to provide the best possible employee experience from day one.
