As part of the training’s preparatory work, each participant will receive a personalized DiSC® profile to begin with a deeper understanding of themselves.
During the training, participants will learn about their own behavioral style and its impact on others, as well as other DiSC® behavioral types. This helps to better interpret and handle everyday situations. Additionally, participants will gain insights into their reactions to other people’s behavior.
The DiSC® profile provides an opportunity to discover one’s strengths, motivators, and areas for development. This enables more effective resolution of daily challenges and enhances personal efficiency and performance.
After completing the training, participants will have a better understanding of their natural behavior, the ability to adapt their behavior to different situations and people, an increased understanding of others, and a clear awareness of their strengths, motivators, and areas for development.
The training curriculum is tailored to the specific needs of the client.
