Duration:half-day training (5 academic hours), of which 30 minutes is pre-training independent work
Target group:anyone who wants to better understand themselves and others

Introduction

As part of the training’s preparatory work, each participant will receive a personalized DiSC® profile to begin with a deeper understanding of themselves.

During the training, participants will learn about their own behavioral style and its impact on others, as well as other DiSC® behavioral types. The DiSC® profile provides an opportunity to discover one’s strengths, motivators, and areas for development. This enables more effective resolution of daily challenges and enhances personal efficiency and performance.

As a Result

After completing the training, participants will have a better understanding of their natural behavior, the ability to adapt their behavior to different situations and people, an increased understanding of others, and a clear awareness of their strengths, motivators, and areas for development.

The training curriculum is tailored to the specific needs of the client.
