Using the wrong management style can cost an organization at least €3.37 per hour per employee, amounting to over €6,500 annually. Due to management errors, around 30% of employees are willing to leave, even for lower-paying jobs.
Many trainings focus on specific leadership styles, but there is no universal approach. In addition to the environment, employees’ knowledge, skills, experiences, workload, and personalities also affect the situation. Therefore, leaders must be prepared to adapt their management style depending on the situation and individual employee needs. How to do this effectively and which style works best in each situation?
After the training, managers will be able to assess the readiness of employees to take on tasks and understand the role of directive and supportive behaviors in boosting performance readiness. They will know how leadership style affects employee performance and how to select the appropriate style based on performance readiness.
