The Visualizing Goals Workshop is designed as an experiential training that integrates goal-setting theory and best practices, coaching tools, and creative self-expression.
The workshop examines your current situation, evaluates your satisfaction with various aspects of it, and identifies areas for improvement. Participants will then set their own goals, which will be visualized through creative techniques to make them clearer and more tangible.
Each participant will leave with an acrylic painting of their goals.
The workshop will enhance the ability to evaluate different aspects of one’s life and set goals. As a result, the team will collectively map out their current situation and satisfaction with it, and set future goals to improve teamwork and performance.
