Introduction

The Visualizing Goals Workshop is designed as an experiential training that integrates goal-setting theory and best practices, coaching tools, and creative self-expression.

The workshop examines your current situation, evaluates your satisfaction with various aspects of it, and identifies areas for improvement. Participants will then set their own goals, which will be visualized through creative techniques to make them clearer and more tangible.

Each participant will leave with an acrylic painting of their goals.

Result

The workshop will enhance the ability to evaluate different aspects of one’s life and set goals. As a result, the team will collectively map out their current situation and satisfaction with it, and set future goals to improve teamwork and performance.

About the Trainer

Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tallinn University of Technology. She has over ten years of experience in HR Management, both in retail and business consulting. As a Certified Executive Coach, Helen has worked with many senior executives to help turn their visions into reality. In addition to her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Helen also holds a Level 6 qualification as an Adult Trainer and is an internationally recognized DiSC Trainer.

CURRICULUM: Experiential Training “Visualizing Goals Workshop”

Curriculum Group: Personal Development Curriculum Group

Basis for Curriculum Development: The curriculum is based on publicly available materials, which are also referenced during the training.

Objective: The workshop aims to map out satisfaction with the current situation, identify areas for future development, and set meaningful goals to move in the desired direction.

Learning Outcomes: As a result of the training, participants will:

  • Understand their current situation using the Wheel of Life methodology.
  • Have an overview of the aspects of their (work) life they wish to develop.
  • Set meaningful goals to move in the desired direction.

Target Audience: Teams that want to set common goals together to achieve better results.

Conditions for Starting Studies: Participation in the training requires proficiency in Estonian at the B2 level (independent user).

Duration of Training: 4 academic hours

Content of the Training:

  • (Work) life audit using the Wheel of Life methodology.
  • Mapping satisfaction with different aspects of life.
  • Identifying areas and desires for development.
  • Setting meaningful goals to move in the desired direction.

Teaching Methods: Engaging mini-lectures, practical exercises, group work, self-reflection

Description of the Learning Environment: The training takes place in a learning environment adapted for group work and applied creative solutions. We accommodate people with special needs within our competence and capabilities.

Number of Participants: The maximum number of participants in one group is 16 people.

Learning Materials:

  • Materials prepared by the trainer
  • Necessary learning tools provided by the trainer during the training

Conditions for Completion:

  • Attendance of at least 80% of classroom training is required for assessment.
  • The learner must pass the assessment methods.

Assessment Methods:

  • Self-reflection using the Wheel of Life methodology
  • Setting and visualizing meaningful goals

Assessment Criteria:

  • The participant has an overview of their current situation, understands areas for development, and has set meaningful goals to move in the desired direction.
  • The participant has visualized their goals through creative solutions.

Documents Issued:

  • Certificate (issued if completion conditions are met)
  • Confirmation (issued if completion conditions are not met)

Qualifications Required for Conducting the Training:

  • Completed trainer training
  • Mastery of coaching methodologies
  • Proficiency in Estonian as a native language or at least at C1 level

The training curriculum is prepared based on the specific needs of the client.
